They declared war and then peaced out 24-36 hours later. Director I spoke to was nice and gave me a refund of half my cost, so that's something, but I'd probably look elsewhere in the future for merc services.

I appreciated the partial refund, but it was still a disappointing service. No hard feelings, just honest review. Sorry if I offended you or anything. Edit: Since it was my first merc hiring experience, I just had different expectations. Again, not upset really, just figured I'd give a fair warning to anybody else who might not realize your business model :D

I can't underline enough, I didn't post this because I was upset or salty, although I'm getting an Amy's Baking Company vibe in return. :D When I hired, I told Kaely I'd leave a review and I did. I felt my review was extremely fair, even pointing out that I received a partial refund and giving Kaely props for being cool (though I left the name out at the time in case she didn't want to be associated with the review). I didn't want to **** all over your thread with continued comments, I just meant it to be a one-off thing to follow up on what I said I'd do. I'd prefer to stop posting here now, but you guys are more than welcome to shoot me a mail in EVE.
